Gengenie Research

Gengenie Research service research's estates which have been published on the Queens and Lord Treasures Remembrancer List (QLTR) and The Bona Vacantia List (TSoL).

These list's are made by the Government’s Treasury Department from estates which have been passed to them which are intestate.

The deceased person in question would have passed away without any known kin and without leaving a valid will.

Gengenie research these estates with the intention of finding all the entitled blood heirs for these estates. If you have been contacted by Gengenie with regards to an estate then our research has indicated that you may be entitled to a share of the estate named in your letter So this brings us to the question of who is entitled to inherit form these estates.

The next surviving relations in the blood line are entitled so if the spouse is still alive they would be next in line, if not then the children of the deceased would be entitled. If there are no surviving spouse or children then the next in line would be the parents of the deceased. If the parents have also passed away then brother's and sisters of the deceased or their descendants would be entitled.

This follows for all the generations below.
